What's Under My Cutter: Name Sheet Ideas

With Back To School season right around the corner, these name sheets are very popular, and an easy way to make extra money, even if you're a beginner Silhouette or Cricut user.


So I ordered this 40 pack of EZ Craft USA permanent backed vinyl. It was cheap, I've only worked with HTV so I figured this would be great to get my feet wet. Well I made some water cup/mug decals and realized it's kind of hard to weed. Small pieces were kind of a nightmare.
So I needed to use these with big designs. That's where the name sheets came in. I made 2 for my kids' school supplies and posted them on Snap. 


Immediately someone messaged me to purchase a couple.


I liked learning to make the designs and I liked practicing my weeding. Not to mention that the 2 I sold to her basically paid for the pack. So I posted them on Facebook marketplace, asked for a theme and a name. I sold them for cheaper than what they usually go for ($10-$15), I did them for $5. But hey, it isn't expensive vinyl and I'm not a professional, but I wanted the practice. So for my first week, I actually sold 10. Some designs were easier than others because I was basically just replacing names. Others, I was just making copies. And I could get it done while the kids slept.

Skinny Fat to Fit Diaries: T25 and Keto UPDATE

So, it has been a few weeks since I checked in with my T25 progress and Ketogenic Diet updates. I'm happy to report I AM STILL on track to finish T25 this week, as I also celebrate my one-month-anniversary on the Keto Diet!! Week 1 & 2 of the Keto Diet, my energy was down. I was so tired. I could not successfully keep up with just T25. Where I was adding treadmill or weight time after T25 some days pre-Keto, I just did NOT have the stamina to do it. I honestly thought I was burned out and wouldn't be able to finish T25. The 3rd week though, it was like a new burst of energy came over me. I was killing these workouts!! I did slack a tiny bit on T25. July 4th week, my 3rd week on Keto, I skipped my T25 for the 4th and the following day- you know, just spending time with my family instead. And because Fridays are my double T25 days, I didn't add those workouts back in. Week 4 on Keto (the following week, which is also this past week) I felt I had even more energy! I

Before/After T25 pictures (Results)

Guess who completed T25 this past week! And it only took 10 weeks!!! You know... the actual length of time T25 is. I wanted to record my before and after T25 pictures and stats because I think it is AMAZING!! Also, keeping in mind that 5 weeks into T25, I started the Keto diet. I am wearing the same pants, which I haven't worn in a while, because honestly, it is HOT here and I need to be in shorts. Also, they shift a lot during my workouts because they are too loose now!! I find myself pulling them up often.  I'd also like to point out, these are a size Medium. 8-10. All of my workout clothes is older and a size small-ish. I bought these after having my daughter because I didn't want to bring myself down further by trying to squeeze into these size small workout clothes. That would have set me up for failure! T25 week 5: weigh in

Okay, so the first 2 weeks of T25 were going great. I was motivated, I didn't have any eating slip ups. I felt stronger each day. Then I went out of town... Actually, that was at the end of week 2. I packed my lunch and dinner and picked up a low-er cal option from McDonald's (egg mcmuffin). It was an overnight trip,  14 hrs there, sleep, go to a quick ceremony, 14 hrs back. Well, it started off great, and then there, I met up with my husband who I hadn't seen in a couple months. We decided to order food in and I super binged and it was so good to have so many carbs again!! On the roadtrip back... fried chicken . Not to mentioned I skipped those 2 days of working out. The following week, even though I woke early to workout, I was sick and couldn't put my all into it. And I wasn't adding extra workouts. I had been doing at least 2 treadmill jogs and one session where I pretended I knew what I was doing with weights. Week 4 went a lot better! Gave the workout
